Terms and Conditions for Trust Reviews

1. Acceptance

By using the Trust Reviews App ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Use of the App

2.1 You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.2 You agree the App is owned and operated solely by Ryan Smith as a personal project.

2.3 You agree not to:

• * Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the App.
• * Use the App to violate any law or regulation.
• * Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others.
• * Use the App to impersonate any person or entity.
• * Use the App to interfere with the operation of the App or any other user's enjoyment of the App.
• * Transmit any viruses or other harmful code through the App.

3. User Content

3.1 You may be permitted to submit content (text, reviews, ratings, etc.) to the App ("User Content").

3.2 You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the right to submit such User Content.

3.3 You grant Trust Reviews a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App.

3.4 You agree not to submit User Content that is:

• * Defamatory, obscene, hateful, or threatening.
• * Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• * Violates any law or regulation.

4. Disclaimers

4.1 The App is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Trust Reviews disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4.2 Trust Reviews does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4.3 Trust Reviews does not warrant that the App will be secure from unauthorized access or misuse.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Trust Reviews shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

5.2 This limitation of liability shall apply to all damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages.

6. Termination

Trust Reviews may terminate your access to the App for any reason, at any time, without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Trust Reviews with respect to the use of the App.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Waiver

No waiver of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any other breach.

11. Updates to the Terms

You will be notified via email of any changes to the Privacy Policy and/or Terms of Service. Amendments are effective on the earlier of (i) 14 days after notification of the changes to you or (ii) when you next use the service.
